Welcome to Engrained Cottage Bakery! I operate a micro-cottage bakery out of the Kenwick Neighborhood in Lexington, Ky! Here at Engrained we strive for getting back to our roots with naturally leaved breads, done the way our ancestors used to. From locally sourced flours to hand-milled we're striving for not only healthy products, but products that come from the heart.
